- No. ADVOCATE is a fee-based owner's representative. We sit entirely on your side of the table so our guidance on feasibility, budgeting, and team selection stays objective.
- Can you help evaluate a deal before we commit?
- Yes. Pre-acquisition feasibility is one of the most valuable times to bring us in. We pressure-test budgets, schedule, scope, and market assumptions so the decision to move forward is grounded in construction reality.
- Do you replace the architect, builder, or investor team?
- Never. We coordinate the team you assemble and protect your position within it. Architects, builders, lenders, and investors keep their roles. We make sure they pull in the same direction.
- What size spec projects do you take on?
- We focus on luxury and architecturally complex residential development, typically high-end custom spec homes and large-scale residential investments throughout the Arizona market.
- Do you serve clients outside metro Phoenix?
