Service / Construction Management
Active construction, with someone in the room for you.
Once the dirt moves, the project gets fast. ADVOCATE provides independent construction management so budget, schedule, change orders, and quality stay visible, accountable, and aligned with the home you are actually trying to build.
Where you are right now
The job started. The updates feel thinner than the questions.
Change orders keep landing.
Each one looks reasonable in isolation. You want someone who tracks the running total, validates the cause, and tells you whether the price is fair.
The schedule keeps softening.
Milestones move, reasons accumulate, and the finish line is harder to see. You want a real read on schedule risk, not optimism.
You want quiet professionalism.
You hired a great builder. You also want an independent set of eyes attending site meetings, reading the room, and protecting your interests.
What Construction Management covers

The Owner's Representative role
One independent voice across every site meeting, every decision.
During active construction, an owner's representative protects the homeowner's interests across communication, scheduling, budgeting, contractor coordination, and the dozens of decisions a project surfaces each week. ADVOCATE brings objective construction insight to every conversation so you keep visibility and control without becoming the project manager of your own home.
We have managed construction on custom homes, luxury residences, and architecturally complex projects throughout Arizona for more than two decades. The discipline you put on a project today is the home you live in tomorrow.

Common questions
Questions worth answering before construction picks up speed.
- How is this different from what our general contractor does?
- Your builder manages construction for the builder. ADVOCATE manages the project for you. We sit on your side of the table, watch budget and schedule independently, review change orders, and translate what is actually happening on site into decisions you can make with confidence.
- How involved are you week to week?
- We attend regular site meetings, review the builder's reporting, track change orders and budget, and stay close enough to the project to flag issues before they become expensive. Cadence is tuned to the size and complexity of the build.
- Can you join a project that is already under construction?
- Yes. We are regularly brought into projects mid-construction when budgets slip, communication breaks down, or the owner wants experienced oversight in the room. We start with a current-state read and a clear plan from there.
- Do you replace the project manager from our builder?
- No. The builder's PM runs construction. ADVOCATE runs your interests across construction. The two roles complement each other and most builders welcome the structure.
- Do you serve clients outside metro Phoenix?
- Our core market is Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Phoenix, and surrounding Arizona communities. We take select projects elsewhere when the scope and team fit our model.
