ADVOCATE Residential Construction Advisors

Service / Disaster Recovery Construction Management

After the loss, the rebuild needs someone steady on your side.

ADVOCATE helps homeowners navigate fire, flood, and storm reconstruction with independent oversight, insurance coordination, and construction management focused entirely on protecting the project and the long-term value of the home.

Where you are right now

Something serious happened to the house. Now decisions are coming at you fast.

The carrier moves at one speed.

Adjusters, scope documents, supplements, depreciation. You want someone who can translate between the policy and the actual rebuild.

Contractors are calling already.

Restoration firms, general contractors, mitigation crews. You want to choose deliberately, not under pressure, and not in the dark.

You only get one rebuild.

Quality, finishes, structural decisions. You want the home that comes back to be at least as good as the one you lost.

What Disaster Recovery covers

Five workstreams that organize a calm, accountable rebuild.

ADVOCATE provides independent disaster recovery construction management for homeowners and families rebuilding luxury residences and architecturally complex homes across Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Phoenix, and the greater Arizona market.

One independent voice across the entire reconstruction.

During disaster recovery, an owner's representative protects the homeowner's interests across insurance coordination, contractor communication, scheduling, budgeting, quality assurance, and project oversight. ADVOCATE brings objective construction insight to every decision so the rebuild reflects the home you actually want back.

We have guided custom, luxury, and architecturally complex reconstruction projects across Arizona for more than two decades. The earlier we are in the room, the calmer the path forward tends to be.

Common questions

Questions worth answering early in the recovery.

When should we bring you in after a loss?
As early as you can. Even before insurance scope is finalized, an experienced owner's representative can help you organize documentation, evaluate contractors, and avoid decisions that quietly limit your options later in the rebuild.
Do you replace our insurance adjuster or public adjuster?
No. We are not adjusters or attorneys. We sit on your side of the construction conversation, coordinate with the adjusters and trades, and make sure the rebuild that gets executed matches what your scope actually calls for.
Can you help us choose a reconstruction contractor?
Yes. We help homeowners evaluate qualified reconstruction contractors, compare scope and pricing, and make a selection grounded in the realities of the project rather than the urgency of the moment.
How involved are you during the actual rebuild?
As involved as the project needs. That typically means site visits, regular reporting, budget and schedule tracking, change order review, and being a steady point of contact between you, the contractor, and the carrier.
Do you serve clients outside metro Phoenix?
Our core market is Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Phoenix, and surrounding Arizona communities. We take select projects elsewhere when the scope and situation fit our model.
